文化型公寓建设是对公寓文化建设的扬弃,是从全方面、多层次、宽领域对学生进行的教育和影响,是一个长期不断、持之以恒的建设过程。文章从分析高校公寓文化的建设现状出发,以积极人格理论为指导,提出基于积极人格培养的高校文化型公寓建设途径,通过刺激积极品质、营造积极情境、实施复合教育来构建、保持和强化积极人格,具有一定的理论意义和实践意义。

The construction of cultural apartment is the sublation to the building of apartment culture, which has multi - level and wide -ranging impacts on students in all aspects, and it will experience a long -term and continuous process. This paper begins with the analysis of the current status of apartment culture construction and proposes, under the guidance of positive personality theory, the approach to construction of cultural apartment, which is intended to construct, preserve and strengthen positive personality by stimulating positive qualities, creating a harmonious atmosphere and implementing complex education. Therefore, the paper has certain theo- retical and practical significance.
