高校软件专业人才实践能力项目依托式培养方法探析

Research on Project Support Cultivation Method on the Practical Ability of Software Professionals in Higher Teaching Institutions

为了解决高校软件专业毕业生与软件企业需求不相匹配的问题,必须改革现有的软件专业人才培养方法,着重提高软件专业人才的实践能力。目前,人才实践能力培养方法多以"模拟"的方式出现,使学生无法身临其境。项目依托式培养方法是专业人才实践能力培养的一个有效途径,文章从项目融合的课程设计、软件工作室的建立、导师制的确立以及项目依托式培养过程的控制等方面进行了探索,给出实施方法。从教学实践效果看,该方法可以有效地提高学生的实践能力。

In order to settle the mismatch between graduates from software major of higher teaching institutions training methods and software enterprises＇ demand. It is necessary to reform contemporary software professionals training methods and improve the practical ability of software professionals emphatically. At present, the method of personnel practical ability training appears in the way of ＂simulation＂ which can＇ t make students be personally on the scene. Project support training method is an effective way to the practical ability training of specialized personnel. Four aspects including the programming design of project fusion, the construction of programming shops, the establishment of tutor system and the command of project support training practice effect, those methods can improve students＇ practical ability effectively.
