Research About International Accounting Personnel Training——based on the Perspective of University and Enterprise

文章基于高校与企业的视角来探讨国际化会计人才的培养问题,首先,从高校的视角来讨论国际化会计人才培养,提出了我国现阶段在高校国际化会计人才培养方面所存在的主要问题,并对如何培养出国际化的优秀会计人才提出了一些改革措施;然后,从企业的视角来谈论如何对企业在职人员进行国际化培训;最后,进一步提出高校与企业合作共同培养国际化会计人才可以采用的几种常用模式。

This paper, from the perspective of higher education institutions and enterprise, discusses the training of international accounting personnel. First, it puts forward the main problems of the international accounting personnel training from the perspective of universities and colleges and formulates some reform measures on how to cultivate high - quality international accounting personnel. Then the paper proposes the way to carry out international training of the enterprise incumbents from the perspective of enterprise. And finally, the paper puts forward some common modes of the cooperation between universities and enterprise in the field of the international accounting personnel.
