Military theory course is one of compulsory courses in regular higher education institution. Reinforced research of teach- ing rules and features of military theory course can help improve teaching quality and teaching effectiveness, and it may last the attraction of the course to college students. The paper proposes four different approaches, that is, innovation of teaching concept to increase its teaching tension ; extension of teaching materials and contents to keep its teaching vitality ; research of teaching methods to strengthen its teaching charm; construction of teaching staff to enhance its teaching strength.
