摘要
针对光伏电池基本解析式在运用中存在较多参数难以确定的问题,根据光伏电池物理模型的外部输出特性建立了2类适用于工程计算用的数学模型,并利用矩阵实验室(Matrix Laboratory,MATLAB)软件构建仿真模型。仿真结果显示:环境温度越低或光照强度越大,光伏电池的输出电流和输出功率越大,与理论分析结果基本一致。将2类模型的输出特性与实际输出特性作比较,发现模型二准确性更优,且移植性高、模型参数较少易于建模。
In allusion to the problem of being difficult to confirm more parameters for basic analytic formula of photovoltaic cell, two kinds of mathematic models suitable for engineering calculation were established according to external output char- acteristic of physical model of photovoltaic cell and simulation model was constructed by using Matrix laboratory software. Simulation results which are in accordance with theoretical analysis results show that output current and output power of the photovoltaic cell is larger when environmental temperature is lower or illumination intensity is larger. By comparing output characteristics and practical output characteristics of the two kinds of models, it is discovered that the second model has more optimized veracity, high portability and less model parameters for modeling.
