地调配电自动化系统建设及应用

Construction and Application of Regional Dispatching Power Distribution Automation System

介绍了湛江地调配电自动化系统的结构,包括主站系统、终端设备、网络传输通道三大组成部分;同时对其功能如软总线服务、前置通信服务、实时数据服务、历史数据服务、事项服务等,以及应用特色如可实现配电智能终端规范接入、地理信息系统馈线图模自动更新传输、省级计量自动化系统数据交互等进行分析。指出系统建设中存在的不足及提出需要改进和完善的意见,旨在提高配电自动化水平,保证湛江电网的安全稳定运行。

This paper introduces structures of power distribution automation system of Zhanjiang regional dispatching center including main station system, terminal equipments and network transmission channel. It also introduces functions of the sys- tem such as soft bus service, prepositive communication service, real-time data service, historical data service, transaction service, and so on. In addition, it states application characteristics such as realizing normative connection of power distribu- tion intelligent terminal, automatic update and transmission of feeder chart-module of geographic information system, data interaction of provincial metering automation system, and so on. It points out existing shortages in system construction and proposes suggestions for improving and completing so as to improve power distribution automation level and ensure safe and stable operation of Zhanjiang power grid.
