气相色谱法测定绝缘油中腐蚀性硫和抗氧化剂的方法研究 被引量:3

摘要 由绝缘油中腐蚀性硫引起的变压器故障时有发生,为解决这一问题,采用气相色谱-电子捕获检测器(gas chromatography-electron capture detector,GC-ECD)联用方法定量测定绝缘油中的腐蚀性硫(二苄基二硫醚,dibenzyl sulfide,DBDS)和抗氧化剂T501。通过优化试验条件和仪器参数,实现一次进样同时测定DBDS和T501。试验结果表明,采用GC-ECD联用方法测定绝缘油中DBDS和T501的含量,具有很好的准确性,回收率达到94.9%~106.7%;具有很好的重复性,DBDS的5次平行测量结果相对标准偏差在6.3%以内,T501的5次平行测量结果相对标准偏差在6.2%以内。 In order to solve the problem of transformer fault occasionally caused by corrosive sulfur in insulating oil, gas chro- matography-electron capture detector (GC-ECD) method was used to perform quantitative measuring for corrosive sulfur (dibenzyl sulfide, DBDS) and antioxygen T501. By means of optimizing experimental conditions and instrument parameters, single injected sampling and simultaneous measurement on DBDS and T501 was realized. Experimental results indicate that utilization of GC-ECD method for measuring contents of DBDS and T501 in insulating oil is of good veracity and with recov- ery of 94. 9% 4106.7% which means good repeatability. Relative standard deviation of five times paralleled measuring re- sults of DBDS is within 6.3% while that of TS01 is within 6.2%.
