摘要
与上个世纪80、90年代的乡村经济发展模式不同,本世纪初的乡村经济具有明显的土地城市化特征。这些城郊农村依托地理优势通过土地资本化和乡村企业化,走出了一条就地就近城镇化之路。吉林市建华村就是这样一个典型村庄。建华村最具特点的是在乡村企业化发展的过程中,强调房产确权和集体股份化。建华村的实践,提出了一个反思农村集体土地制度、集体主义组织模式的新课题,那就是集体主义制度与个体权利在市场经济条件下仍有可能完成一次制度上的互补与结合。
Different from the development models in the 1980s or 1990s, the rural economy of China in this century has a very significant characteristic, that is, the urbanization of land. Some suburb villages, such as Jianhua Village, a typical rural area nearby the Jilin city, urbanizes in a very different way called local or suburb urbanization through urbanization of land as well as corporatization of rural organization because of the advantages of location in the urbanization process. Most of important, Jianhua village has been exploring the reform on the land property confirmation and collective property shareholding in the process of rural economic development. It has provided us a new research topic to have some reflects on the meal collective land system and collectivism organization model, that is, the individual rights and collectivism institutions are probable to merge even in the modem market economy.
