摘要
随着报废汽车数量的快速增加,废旧发动机的数量也在不断增加,如何对废旧发动机再利用,已引起学者的高度关注。废旧发动机经过无损拆解、再制造绿色处理、检测分类、修复与再加工、装配、台架试验及性能检测等再制造工艺流程,不仅能恢复其原有性能指标,还能节约资源,降低排放。通过对发动机再制造企业的调研,分析发动机再制造的经济效益和社会效益,以再制造率最大化为目的,研究发动机再制造工艺流程,该工艺能有效提高发动机再制造率。
With the rapid increasing number of scrapped cars , the number of w aste engine is constantly increasing .How to reuse the waste engine ,has attracted great attention of scholars .Waste engines need to go through non‐destructive , disassembly , remanufacturing green processing , detection and classification ,repair and reprocessing and assembling , bench test and performance test etc . After the remanufacturing process ,they need not only to restore their original performance indices ,but also save resources and reduce emissions .Based on the engine remanufacturing enterprise research ,analysis is made on the economic benefit and social benefit .Remanufacturing rate into maximization is taken as the goal to study the remanufacturing engine process ,for w hich can effectively improve the engine remanufacturing rate .
