基于绿色建筑技术诉求的高职土建类应用型人才的培养

Green building technology in the application and practice of higher vocational civil engineering talent training

我国目前大力推行绿色建筑的现状引发了绿色建筑应用型人才严重匮乏的问题,建筑业高素质应用型人才培养绝大多数出自高职土建类教育层次,高职土建类专业改进创新人才培养模式和课程体系建设,使之适应绿色建筑建造需求,已经迫在眉睫。提出建立绿色建筑技术应用型人才培养体系,改革专业课程结构,建立以绿色施工为核心,建筑节能为导向的绿色建筑技术人才专业课程结构;并着重绿色建筑技术实践教学,依托我省绿色建筑示范项目实施的有利资源,开展绿色建筑现场认识教学;建立校内及校外绿色建筑技术实践中心,培养学生绿色建筑技术实践动手能力。

China’s current status of promoting green building causes the talents shortage problem .The high‐quality practical talents from higher vocational civil construction industry training rests on education level , how to improve higher vocational civil engineering innovative talents training mode and curriculum system construction ,which can meet the needs of green building construction .A green building technology applied talents training system is proposed ,such as the reform of professional course structure ,the establishment of green construction as the core and building energy efficiency as the guidance of the green building technical personnel professional course structure .At the same time ,depending on the technology practice teaching ,and focused on green building green building demonstration project of advantageous resources in our province ,the green building site knowledge teaching is developed .Also ,the internal and external practice centers of green building technology are established to develope the students’ manipulative ability .
