内蒙古地区出入境人员高发传染病风险初探 被引量:8

摘要 目的通过分析内蒙古地区出入境人员传染病监测结果,掌握出入境人员中传染病的流行情况、疫情特点,正确评估传染病风险,为传染病预防控制提供科学依据。方法对2010-2013年内蒙古地区出入境人员的传染病检测结果进行统计,用经典卡方检验分析其差异及线性趋势,并进行传染病风险初步分析。结果 2010-2013年内蒙古出入境人员进行传染病监测体检共计113 209人次,共检出传染病4 660例,总检出率为4.12%,各传染病都具有较高风险,其中艾滋病风险极高,应重点关注。结论内蒙古地区出入境人员传染病检出率呈逐年上升趋势,其中乙肝和梅毒是内蒙古出入境人员感染的主要传染性疾病,劳务人员和交通员工则是传染病监测应重点关注的目标人群。HIV检出率同样逐年升高,传染风险极大,应进行重点防控。因此对传染病进行风险评估,提出干预措施,预防传染病的跨国境传播,意义重大而迫切。 Objective This article aims to understand the disease distribution characteristics and epidemic characteristics of entry and exit personnel at Inner Mongolia,so as to evaluate the infectious diseases risks rightly and provide a scientific basis for disease surveillance. Methods The results of infectious disease monitoring medical examination of 113209 subjects are comprehensive statistical analyzed from 2010 to 2013. Classical chi- square test is used to analyze the differences and linear trend,and risks of infectious diseases are preliminarily analyzed. Results A total of 113,209 entry- exit personnel are analyzed. 4660 cases of infectious diseases are found,with a detection rate of 4. 12%. A higher risk of various diseases,especially AIDS,exists. And we should pay more attention. Conclusion HBs Ag positive case and syphilis are major infectious diseases of entry and exit personnel at Inner Mongolia. We should pay more attention on labor and transportation employees,and there is an upward trend in detection of infectious diseases by year. HIV has a high risk of infection and the detection rate is also increased year by year,so it should be the focus on prevention and control. Therefore,risk assessment of infectious diseases and interventions to prevent cross- border spread of infectious diseases are significant and urgent.
