摘要
以某典型双离合器变速器系统为研究对象,在应用原车配件的基础上设计开发了双离合器变速器系统模拟实验装置,通过本装置不仅能够清楚地了解双离合器变速器系统的结构组成,提取不同的传感器数据波形、动态数据流等,而且能够再现原车双离合器变速器系统的控制策略和控制过程,同时利用该模拟实验装置,能够方便学校教学和企业培训。
Taking a typical Direct Shift Gearbox (DSG) system as the research object, based on the original accessories, the DSG system simulation experiment device was designed and developed. Through this device, the structure of DSG system is easy to understand, different sensors' waveform data and dynamic data flow etc. can also be obtained. Further more, the control strategy and control process of the original car' s DSG system can be reproduced. At the same time, the simulation device can facilitate school teaching and enterprise training.
