摘要
玉米根长法是除草剂生物测定中常用的一种实验方法,玉米在盛有药液的培养皿中生长,以玉米初生根根长作为评价指标。用培养皿进行玉米根长法除草剂生物测定实验时,由于玉米培养过程中培养皿需水平放置,违背植物根系的向重力性生长规律,且培养皿提供给玉米的生长空间有限,使玉米根弯曲生长而导致较大测量误差。鉴于此,对玉米根长法生物测定实验装置进行了一系列的改进,发明了玻璃板与LOCK&LOCK(乐扣)保鲜盒相组合的培养装置,即垂直玻璃板—玉米根长法培养装置。该装置能够从满足玉米根系的向重力性生长规律、增大样本容量、避免药液蒸发而保持药液浓度不变三个方面减小实验误差。
