印制电路板的设计与制作在实践教学中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 随着知识经济的深入和信息技术的飞速发展,培养具有创新思维和创业精神的优秀人才是高等教育的目标。印制电路板的设计与制作是电子工艺实习的重要环节,电子产品组装时应遵循基本工艺要求,规范印制电路板的装焊工艺,以提高装配质量,稳定工艺流程。经过不断改革和发展,印制电路板的设计与制作在实践教学中起到了很好的作用,不仅让学生了解了现代电子工艺技术的内容,还熟悉了电子产品的研发和生产过程,从而提高学生综合素质和工程实践能力,为大学生就业和创业打下坚实基础。教学效果良好。 With the deepening of the knowledge economy and the rapid development oI lmormatlon technology, cultivating talents with innovative thinking and innovative spirit is the goal of our higher education. The design and manufacture of printed circuit board is an important part of the electronic technique practice, the basic technical requirements should be followed, printed circuit board fabrica- tion process should be regulated in the electronic product assemble welding, in order to improve the as- sembly quality, stable process flow. After continuous reform and development, the design and manufac- ture of primed circuit board has played an important role in the practice teaching, not only make students understand the content of modem electronic technology, but also familiar with electronic prod- ucts research and development and production process, so as to improve students comprehensive quali- ty and ability of engineering practice, which lay a solid foundation for the university students employ- ment and venture. The teaching effect proves to be improved greatly.
