课堂教学中“转氨基作用实验”的改进 被引量:1

摘要 转氨基作用实验是高校生物学专业生化实验教学的重要内容,传统的转氨基实验常采用苯酚作为层析剂,由于苯酚的毒性和腐蚀性,限制了该实验在教学中的开展。笔者整合了近年来发表的有关转"氨基作用实验"的改进方法,总结出了安全、实用的转氨基作用实验方法,包括对该实验材料、试剂和步骤的改进。改进后的实验方法中实验材料易于取材、并采用了对人体无毒性和腐蚀性的层析剂,层析与显色可同时进行,从而缩短了实验时间。改进后的实验方法已在课堂教学中加以实践运用,学生实验取得了良好的实验结果。 Transamination experiment is an important part of biochemical experiments. Phenol is used as chromatography agent in transamination experiment. Phenol is harmful to human health, which limit- ed the application of this experiment. Based on the experimental methods of transamination, a safe and practical experimental method on transamination was developed when we improved the material, rea- gents and the steps. The material which was obtained easily and nontoxic chromatography agent was ap- plied. The time course of the experiment was shortened when we combined the process of chromatogra- phy and staining. When we applied the experimental method in basic biochemical experimental teach- ing. we achieved the satisfactor~ teaching effect.
