基于知识创造视角的经管类实验教学模式研究

摘要 基于知识创造的角度,分析了我国高校经管类专业实验教学定位、知识共享、实验教师和教学内容等问题,并提出了重构我国高校经管类专业实验教学理念:以学生为中心的实验教学理念,提出了知识创造视角下的实验教学模式:以知识创造"场"为核心的实验教学平台;以实验人员为基础的多元化教学队伍;以专业能力导向的实验教学课题体系。为进一步推进高校经济管理实践教学建设与发展,提供了新的思路。 Based on the perspective of knowledge creation, analyzed the teaching management in col- leges and universities specialty orientation, knowledge sharing, experimental teachers and the teaching content, the paper proposes reposition of its experimental teaching philosophy: take the student as the center, put forward the experimental teaching mode under the perspective of knowledge creation: the knowledge to the creation of "field" as the core of the experimental teaching platform; on the basis of the experimental personnel the diversification of teaching team; with professional ability oriented exper- imental teaching subject system. In order to further promote the construction and development about the practice teaching of economy and management institutes, the research provide a new train of thou.hr.
