Competitions drive the undergraduates training the ability of practice and innovation

针对大学生实践创新能力培养问题,以内蒙古师范大学物理与电子信息学院电子信息专业为例,分析了目前大学生实践能力培养存在的问题,结合近年来组织学生参加各类学科竞赛中积累的经验,提出从培养学生创新意识、团队意识、创新技能出发,在现有的教学体系下,通过积极组织开展各类学科竞赛,营造创新环境,搭建创新平台,大力发挥学生的主体作用,借助参赛的方式来驱动大学生实践创新能力的培养,进一步推动教学模式创新,达到以点带面、全面推进学生创新能力培养的目的。

In this paper, it was aimed at the cultivation of undergraduates＇ ability of practice and in- novation, and taken students for example who major in electronic information in college of physics and electronic information of Inner Mongolia Normal University. Through the analysis of the existing prob- lems in the cultivation of students＇ practical ability and the consideration of the recent experience of organizing students to participate in various subjects in the competition, it was raised the way to culti- vate students＇ innovation consciousness and team consciousness. In existing system of education, it could be done organizing academic competition, creating innovation atmosphere, building innovation platform, and exerting the principal role of students. We want to promote the innovation of teaching mode to drive the cultivation of undergraduates＇ ability of practice and innovation by means of partici- pating in the competition. The final objective is promoting the cultivation of students＇ innovative ability comprehensively.
