构建学生自主管理研究型实验室的创新环境

Building the innovation environment for students independent management research laboratory

针对新形势下科研实验室开放性、创新性和研究性的特点,探索了一条基于学生自主管理研究型实验室的新途径,旨在充分利用实验室最广泛的资源—高素质的学生群体,通过必要的引导培训,结合明确的责任分工,建立学生自主管理实验室的模式。在实验室人文环境的建设理念上,提出了将工作重心由"管"转移到"理",充分地信任学生、引导学生、锻炼学生,进而激发学生自主管理的责任感和主动性,促进学生综合素质的全面提高。该模式在实践中取得了良好成效,获得了广大师生的一致好评,为改善当前高校实验室管理模式提供了借鉴。

In the light of the new situation of scientific research laboratory, a novel management mode is explored in this paper, which purposes running the laboratory on the basis of students＇ autonomous management by making full use of the most widely labor resources of the laboratory- the qualified students. Specifically, the students＇ independent laboratory management mode should be established through the necessary guide training and the clear division of responsibilities. To structure the humani- ties environment of the laboratory, the mode transfer the focus from managing to leading, which means trusting the students, guiding and training them. In this way, the responsibility and activity of the students would be excited.
