Discussion on the overall lifecycle integrated management of large-scale equipment instruments

大型仪器设备是高校科学研究和实验教学的重要物质保障,管理的好坏直接影响到大型仪器设备效益的发挥,随着高校大型仪器购置数量的不断增加,高校仪器设备的管理问题也逐渐突显,根据设备的全生命周期综合管理的设想,简述了从申购论证到采购验收,从使用评价到报废处置,再到下一个生命周期等过程,跟踪管理仪器设备生命周期的每一环节,使得高校的设备资金发挥最大的经济效益和社会效益。

Large-scale equipment instruments are important material securities of university scientific research and experimental teaching. Management will have a direct impact on the effectiveness of large -scale equipment instruments. With the increasing number of large-scale equipment instruments, man- agement problems of the universities equipment instruments have been highlighted. This paper presents the idea of equipment lifecycle integrated management, from the application for purchase, demonstra- tion and benefit evaluation to the scrap disposal, and then to the next lifecycle management of equip- ment. The economic and social benefits of the universities funds for equipment will be maximized by tracking every aspect of the equipment lifecycle.
