摘要
通过组织学生参加大学生物理实验创新竞赛,总结了竞赛对深化我校大学物理教学改革、革新素质教育和创新人才培养模式、培养学生的竞争意识和创新精神、激发学生的学习热情,起到了积极的促进作用。积极探索改革实验教学内容和方法,探讨了创新人才培养模式的组成部分,阐述了培养创新人才的思路和途径,即通过积极开展大学生物理实验创新竞赛、大学生科技创新活动、学生课程设计、成立大学生科技创新协会等,积极开展学生创新第二课堂,鼓励广大师生参与到实验和实践创新中来。
Through organization physical experimental innovation competition of students, the author sums up the university physics teaching reform, the training modes of innovative education and innova- tive talents. The competition has played a positive role in training students' sense of innovation and stimulating student' s study enthusiasm. Meanwhile, the paper explores the reform of experiment teaching contents and methods, the training mode of creative talents, and the ways to cultivate innova- tive talents. These methods and ways include the physics competition, the technological innovation ac- tivities for college students, students of curriculum design etc., encourage students and teachers to in- volve in such creative activities.
