消疝汤治疗成人疝气

Effects of Xiaoshan Decoction on treating hernia

验方消疝汤由生黄芪、生白术、萆薢、小茴香、橘核、泽泻、川楝子等共计12味药物组成,乃文献报道治疗小儿疝气的一首自拟方剂。笔者临证以该验方治疗成人疝气收效颇佳。文章通过列举验方消疝汤治疗成人疝气(腹股沟斜疝)的5例验案介绍,分析消疝汤的药物组成、方义,进一步对其临床功效、主治适应症及其疗效特点等进行较深入探讨,并提出临证运用验方消疝汤治疗腹股沟斜疝可遵循"辨病与辨证论治相结合,辨病论治为主"的辨治思路。

As an experiential effective recipe for infantile hernia, Xiaoshan Decoction is composed of 12 kinds herbs such as Radix Astragali seu Hedysari, Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae, Rhizoma Dioscoreae Hypoglaucae, Fructus Foeniculi, Semen Citri Reticulatae, Rhizoma Alismatis, Fructus Meliae Toosendan and so on. The author has obtained great curative effect in the treatment of adult hernia with this prescription. In this paper, 5 clinical proven cases have been illustrated to analyze the implication of compatibility of Xiaoshan Decoction. Meanwhile, a further exploration of the Xiaoshan Decoction has been done in terms of the clinical effect and the main indications. Furthermore, this article also puts forward an innovative and unique clinical experience on the application of this decoction, which is based on the theory of ‘combination of disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation, but disease differentiation treatment is more important＇.
