王渭川学术思想与临证经验探析

Academic thoughts and clinical experience of WANG Wei-chuan

名老中医王渭川先生是全国著名的中医学家,被誉为中医当代妇科八大家之一,亦为川派中医妇科的重要开拓者之一,尤精妇科和内科,其学术思想及临床经验是一笔宝贵的财富,值得后辈医者不断地总结学习。为了更好地继承发扬名老中医的学术思想,笔者对王老先生的著作、医案等文献资料进行了仔细研读整理。文章就王老先生在妇科方面的主要学术思想、用药特点、常用的特色疗法,及王老善治病种盆腔炎、崩漏、不孕症的临床经验作一简单总结概述。

WANG Wei-chuan, one of famous TCM doctors, was honoured as one of the eight gynecological masters of TCM in contemporary. He was one of the important pioneers for the Sichuan schools in gynecology of TCM. He had rich experience in gynecology and internal medicine. His academic thoughts and clinical experience were a precious treasure, which should be is worth learning from. The works and medical records of professor WANG were analyzed to inherit and develop his academic thought. The paper summarized the experience of professor WANG in terms of the main academic thoughts, characteristics of medication and special treatments. In addition, the paper introduced the clinical experience of professor WANG in some gynecological diseases, such as pelvic inflammatory, metrostaxis and sterility.
