益气养阴活络法治疗复发性口疮验案2则

Two cases of recurrent oral ulcer by using the principle of tonifying qi and yin, activating meridian and collateral

复发性口疮是以周期性反复发作为特征的口腔黏膜局限性浅表溃疡损伤。陈仁寿认为,复发性口疮病患多为气阴两虚之证,并常挟湿、瘀之邪,患者因中焦脾虚胃弱,中气受损,脾失健运日久,致湿邪内生,加之阴虚火旺,虚火上灼口舌,致局部血络瘀阻而病发,同时久病伤阴,又致阴火伺机而动。在复发性口疮的辨证治疗上,陈仁寿常施以益气健脾、养阴祛火,配合活血化瘀、利湿通络之法。益气除热,育阴降火,使脾胃振奋,湿邪、瘀血得清,阴火无源以生。

Recurrent oral ulcer（ROU） is a localized superficial ulcer injury occurred repeatedly with periodicity on oral mucosa. Professor CHEN Ren-shou believes that the main pathogenic factor of ROU is the deficiency of qi and yin accompanied with blood stasis and dampness. According to professor CHEN, the diseases appear when collaterals blood stasis of oral mucosae of patients who have the deficiency of spleen and weaknesses of stomach are locally burnt by flaring up of deficient fire and by dampness which result from deficiency of spleen. As to the therapeutic principle, replenishing qi to invigorate the spleen, nourishing yin and clearing heat combined with stimulating circulation to end stasis and removing dampness, which are applied by professor CHEN to the treatment of ROU, could not only clear heat, but also eliminate dampness and remove blood stasis.
