中药含药血清制备方法的研究概述

Overview about preparation methods of serum containing Chinese medicine

在中药药理研究体外实验中,中药含药血清作为干预手段越来越受到重视,也是现阶段文献报道较多的热点。中药含药血清制备的科学、标准、客观对整个实验起到至关重要的作用,其制备过程决定了血清中药物有效成分的活性、含量等是否可以模拟药物在机体内的整个变化过程和"最终产物",是整个中药药理研究中成败的关键。文章就其动物选择、给药剂量、采血时机、血清灭活、储存等几个中药含药血清制备关键点做一简要概述。

In the experiments of pharmacology of Chinese medicine in vitro, serum containing Chinese medicine gets more and more attention as an intervention means, which also is a hot spot of present literatures. A scientific, objective and standard preparation method of serum containing Chinese medicine plays an important role for the whole experiment. The preparation process determines the content and activity of the effective components of drugs in serum. The linchpin for success or failure in the study of pharmacology of Chinese medicine depends on the simulation of change process of drugs in the body and the final products. This paper is a brief overview of the key points in preparation process serum containing Chinese medicine such as animal selection, dosage, time of blood collection, inactivation of serum, storage, and so on.
