骨科关节穴位贴镇痛作用研究

Experiment of an analgesic effect of acupoint emplastrum on joint

目的:观察骨科关节穴位贴对SD大鼠的镇痛作用。方法:采用健康SD大鼠18只,随机分为基质组、阳性对照天和骨通贴膏组及关节穴位贴组各6只,各组均背部剃毛,在剃毛区分别给药0.024g/只,外贴敷30min,采用冰醋酸进行腹腔注射建立致炎模型,记录20min内的扭体次数,比较3组的扭体次数差异。结果:关节穴位贴组、天和骨通贴膏组分别与基质组相比,大鼠扭体次数均显著降低(P<0.01)。结论:关节穴位贴组与天和骨通贴膏组镇痛作用无明显差异。

Objective： To observe the analgesic effect of acupoint emplastrum on SD rats joint. Methods： Eighteen SD rats were randomly divided into three groups： control group, positive control group（Tianhe Gutong acupoint emplastrum group） and acupoint emplastrum group, each group for 6 rats. The inflammatory animal model was established with intraperitoneal injection of glacial acetic acid. Specifically, the hair on the back of rats in all groups was shaved off, where the medicine was injected at 0.024 g each rat for 30 min. The twisting numbers were recorded within 20 minutes after the model established successfully. To evaluate the analgesic effect of acupoint emplastrum, the differences of twisting numbers and inhibition ratio of twisting were compared among three groups. Results： Compared with control group, the twisting numbers in acupoint emplastrum group and Tianhe Gutong acupoint emplastrum group were decreased significantly（P0.01）. Conclusion： There is no significant difference in the analgesic effect between acupoint emplastrum group and Tianhe Gutong acupoint emplastrum group.
