经皮神经电刺激治疗对胃食管反流病病人临床症状改善及生活质量的影响

Influence of transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation on improvement of clinical symptoms and quality of life of patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease

[目的]探讨经皮神经电刺激治疗对胃食管反流病病人临床症状、生活质量及心理的影响。[方法]将46例胃食管反流病病人随机分为干预组和对照组,对照组给予常规的药物治疗和护理,干预组除了常规的药物治疗和护理外,给予经皮神经电刺激足三里及内关穴位治疗,干预前后应用反流性疾病问卷、Zung焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)和简明健康状况问卷(SF-36)对疗效进行评价。[结果]干预组在干预后症状积分、焦虑、抑郁评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05),生活质量相关的总体健康状况、精力、精神健康3个维度较对照组显著改善(P<0.05)。[结论]经皮神经电刺激内关和足三里可以减轻胃食管反流病病人的临床症状,提高其生活质量。

Objective：To probe into the influence of transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation on clinical symptoms,quality of life and psychology of patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease.Methods：A total of 46 patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease were randomly divided into intervention group and control group,23 cases in each.The patients in control group received the routine drug therapy and nursing,while the patients in intervention group received the transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation in Zusanli and Neiguan Acupoints on the basis of the routine drug therapy and nursing.Then the curative effect was evaluated by using the reflux disease questionnaire,Zung self rating anxiety scale（SAS）,self rating depression scale（SDS）and simple health status questionnaire（SF-36）before and after the intervention.Results：The symptom score,anxiety and depression scores of patients in intervention group after the intervention were significantly lower than that in control group（P〈0.05）.The 3dimensions including quality of life related to total health,energy and mental health of intervention group were significantly improved comparing with that in control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation in Zusanli and Neiguan acupoints may reduce the clinical symptoms of patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease and improve their quality of life.
