护生自我价值感现状调查与分析

Survey and analysis of status quo of self-worth sense of nursing students

[目的]对护生的自我价值感进行调查,探讨护生自我价值感现状。[方法]采取方便抽样,应用青年自我价值感量表对442名大学一年级到三年级护生进行调查。[结果]443名护生的总体自我价值感和一般自我价值感处于偏上水平,在总体自我价值感水平上,大学一年级护生高于大学二年级和三年级护生;一般自我价值感社会取向水平上,独生子女护生和非独生子女护生存在差异,农村和城市护生也存在差异。[结论]针对不同的自我价值感护生进行适当的引导和教育,以提高护生整体心理健康水平。

Objective：To investigate the self-worth of nursing students,and probe into its status quo.Methods：A total of 450 nursing students from university grade one to university grade three were investigated by using convenience sampling with youth self-worth scale.Results：The overall self-worth and general self-worth of 443 nursing students were at the upper level.The overall level of self-worth,of the nursing students in University grade one was higher than that in grade two and grade three.There was statistically significant difference in social orientation of general self-worth between the only child and non-only child nursing students.There were differences between rural and urban nursing students.Conclusion：In order to improve the overall mental health level of nursing students,the proper guidance and education should be adopted for the students with different self-worth.
