摘要 [目的]了解我国护理学研究生培养模式的研究现状,为后续研究提供参考依据,并为我国护理学研究生教育提供借鉴。[方法]采用文献计量学方法,对收录在中国生物医学文献服务系统(SinoMed)、中文科技期刊数据库和中国期刊全文数据库中与护理学研究生培养模式有关的文献进行检索并分析。[结果]检索出相关文献61篇,包含科学学位和专业学位研究生培养,文献多以综述为主,内容包含培养模式的构建、比较以及思考。[结论]我国护理学硕士研究生培养模式的研究起步较晚,研究较薄弱,培养模式不统一,应借鉴国外经验,分别制定出科学学位和专业学位研究生的培养模式,为社会培养高质量的高级护理人才。 Objective:To know about the status quo of training mode of nursing graduates in China,so as to provide evidences for the following study and provide references for nursing graduate education in China.Methods:The literatures related to the training mode of nursing graduates were searched with bibliometrics methods in following database:Chinese Biomedical Literature Database,Chinese Science and Technology Journals Database and China Journal Full Text Database.Results:A total of 61 related papers were founded,including the training of scientific degree of students and professional degree of students.Most of them were overviews.The contents included construction,comparison and reflection of training mode,Literature review was the main content,including the construction,comparison and thinking of the training mode.Conclusion:The research of training mode of nursing graduates in China started relatively late and weak,and had no unified training mode.The foreign experience should be learned from,and to work out the training mode of scientific degree and professional degree of graduates,so as to train the high quality senior nursing talents for the society.
