推动湖北长江经济带与汉江生态经济带协同发展的路径探析

湖北长江经济带与汉江生态经济带的协同发展,不但可以打破区域壁垒,增强区域经济互动与合作,更有利于发挥汉江生态经济带的带动作用以及湖北在全国长江经济带中战略支点的重要作用。从资源、产业、城镇体系以及生态环境方面分析湖北长江经济带与汉江生态经济带的发展现状,指出"两带"在协同发展过程中仍存在发展不平衡、资源整合不充分、产业竞争力不强以及基础设施建设落后等问题,并从战略层面、资源层面、基础设施层面、产业层面以及环保层面五个方面提出了相应的路径探析。

The Coordinated development between the Yangtze River economic belt of Hubei Province and the eco - economic zone of Hanjiang River will not only can break the regional barriers, enhance regional economic interaction and cooperation, but also more conducive to play the leading role of the eco - economic zone of Hanjiang River and the important role of Hubei in the Yangtze River Economic Belt in China . This paper will analyze the development status of the economic belt of Hubei Yan- gtze River and the eco - economic zone of Hanjiang River from the resources, industry, urban system and ecological environ- ment, pointing out that coordinated development of ＂two belts＂ still existed problems such as uneven development, inadequate resources integration, uncompetitive industry, lagging construction of based facilities and so on, putting forward the correspond- ing suggestions from the level of strategies, resources, based facilities, industries and environments.
