For example, selecting the comparable cases is difficult, veracity is bad, fixing the influence factors is subjective, meth- od of dating the evaluation result is not reliable and so on. The paper proposed some countermeasures, including that we should build a perfect comparable cases database, fix the influence factors and proportion scientifically, perfect the method of dating the evaluation result.
