摘要
DTⅡ(K)型带式输送机是通用型系列产品,设计时按部件系列进行设计,根据地形和输送距离等情况的不同,机架部分的中间架有直型、凸弧型和凹弧型3种,种类有标准长度和非标准长度.为提高设计效率,针对带式输送机中间架生产图,运用Auto LISP语言对Auto CAD进行二次开发,根据不同的形式、种类,通过相应对话框,在确定带宽后,通过编制好的程序,输入相应参数,生成不同形式、不同种类的中间架等部件的生产图,实现中间架生产图的参数化设计.
The DTⅡ( K) type of belt conveyer is a general series of product which should be designed by series components. Based on different terrain and transportation distance,the type of the belt conveyer middle frame which has standard length or opposite can be divided into three types of straight,convex arc and concave arc. Auto LISP is used to make Auto CAD secondary development to generate the production drawings for the middle frame. According to the type and length of the frame,different dialog boxes have been programmed. After the belt width is determined,the corresponding parameters are input into the dialog boxes to generate production drawings for the middle frame with different type and length. Thus,the parametric design for the production drawing gallery of middle frame is achieved.
