福建省高职航运管理类专业人才培养调研与分析

Investigation and Analysis on the Cultivation of Shipping Management Professional Personnel in Higher Vocational Colleges in Fujian Province

近年来,我国港口货物吞吐量和码头建设稳步发展。福建作为我国重要的沿海省份,迎来了"自贸试验区"和"一带一路"的双重发展机遇,港口与码头产业发展势头良好,对航运管理类专业人才的需求不断增加。通过对福建港口与码头产业代表性企业进行调查,分析行业对高职航运管理类专业人才的需求状况,寻找供需差距,进而提出人才培养方面的建议。

In recent years,the cargo throughput of ports and dock construction in China have been developing steadily. As an important coastal province, Fujian seizes the important opportunities which are ＂Pilot Free Trade Zone＂and ＂Belt and Road＂,and has a good momentum of development in sea port and dock industry. For these reasons,the demands for the professional personnel of shipping management increase. Based on the investigation on personnel cultivation of sea port and dock industry in Fujian, this paper analyzes the demands, figures out the problems, then offers some suggestions in professional personnel cultivation of shipping management.
