Apply case-based teaching in the ship building safety introduction course. Implement case-based teaching course by 4 steps, which is so called plan, do, guide and inspect, and conclude to improve. Organize class teaching in the form of classroom discussion and good results have been achieved. Compared to the traditional teaching method, the students＇ classroom participation is obviously improved and the students become more competitive in this course.
