摘要
柠檬酸发酵废菌体是柠檬酸发酵工业中主要的有机固体废弃物,含有蛋白质、纤维素、脂肪、微量元素、酶等有机成分,是一种营养丰富、价格低廉且资源丰富的原料。文章对柠檬酸发酵废菌体的资源化利用工艺及进展进行综述。
The waste biomass which has high nutrient is the main organic solid waste in the citric acid fermentation industry, containing protein, cellulose, fat, trace elements, enzymes and other organic components, The waste biomass has low cost and rich resources of raw materials. In this paper, the technology and the progress on the utilization of the waste biomass in citric acid fermentation were summarized.
