中专护生觉察压力与自我效能感的关系研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:了解中专护生这个群体中心理觉察压力与自我效能感的现状及关系。方法:采用觉察压力量表和自我效能感量表对石河子大学护校中专护生采取分层整群抽样的方法进行调查、分析。结果:1护生觉察压力总分平均为24.40±6.32,在觉察压力总分及预测感与超载感维度上三年级护生得分比一、二年级高。2护生在自我效能感上的得分平均为2.61±0.37。3觉察压力与自我效能感呈负相关。结论:在护生的教学与管理中,应培养学生在面对生活、学习中的问题和挫折时去积极、主动的应对,这样能提高自我效能感,能减少觉察的压力,从而有利于维护护生的身心健康。 Objective:To investigate the relation and status quo of perceived stress leve and self-efficacy level of secondary nursing Students. Methods:Applying the questionnaires of Perceived Stress Scale and Self-efficacy Scale to investigate the secondary nursing students in Nursing technical secondary school of Shihezi university,sampling by layering the whole flock. Results: 1 Nursing students perceived stress score was 24.40 ±6.32 average.In perceiving total pressure and forecast and overload dimensions, the senior class students scored higher than grade one and sophomore. 2 The mean of self-efficacy is 2.61 ±0.37. 3 The score of perceived stress was negatively correlated with the scores of self-efficacy. Conclusion: In nursing students' teaching and management, we should train students in the face of life, learning problems and setbacks to the positive, proactive response, that can enhance self-efficacy,and can reduce the perceived pressure, thus facilitating to maintain physical and mental health of nursing students.
