摘要
目的:了解中专护生采取应对方式的现状及影响因素。方法:采用简易应对方式问卷对某护校997名中专护生进行问卷调查。结果:护生应对方式积极得分高于常模,消极得分低于常模;不同年级间应对方式得分差异有统计学意义(<0.05),经LSD进一步两两比较探讨,一年级积极应对和消极得分均高于二年级、三年级。结论:学校应强化护生的积极应对方式,尤其要纠正高年级护生的消极应对,引导其能较好地采取积极应对方式面对困难挫折。为培养高素质专业人才奠定基础。
Objective: To know about the status quo and influence factors of Stress Coping styles among secondary nursing Students. Methods: A total of 997 secondary nursing students were received with simplified coping style questionnaire. Results: the scores of passive coping style among secondary nursing students were higher than the normal group. The scores of negative coping style among secondary nursing students were lower than the normal group. Different grade secondary nursing students had different coping styles. Study on the difference with LSD test, it proved that the scores of passive coping styles and negative coping styles of grade one students were higher than that of sophomore class students and senior class students respectively. Conclusion: The schools should strengthen the passive coping style of secondary nursing students. Especially correct the negative coping style,conducting them to cope with frustrations positively with passive coping style. That will lay a foundation for cultivating high-quality professionals.
