安徽省行业收入差距的适度性研究

A Research on Industry Income Gap of Anhui Province

行业收入分配格局的变化使得行业收入差距的适度性分析成为当前收入分配研究的焦点,国内外学者对收入差距的适度性的研究结论各有千秋,究其根源是缺少统一的适度性判断指标。文章以经济发展的角度,探讨安徽省行业收入差距的适度性。通过构建行业收入差距与经济社会发展两大类指标体系,运用其适度性的测度方法,测算安徽省行业收入差距的适度性。结果表明:安徽省行业收入差距总体上呈现不断扩大的趋势,但从静态适度评价指数来看,安徽省行业收入差距总体上在优质适度的轨迹上运行,但从动态适度评价指数来看,某些年份出现了小幅波动。以此为基础,提出相应的政策建议。

The appropriate degree of industry income gap has become the current focus of income distribution research because of the change of industry income distribution pattern. The domestic and foreign scholars have many kinds of thoughts about it, the root cause is that there is no uniform moderation judgment index. The paper tries to built an evaluation index system about the appropriate industry income gap from the aspects of industry income and coordinated development of the economy and society and to measure the appropriate degree by the corresponding measurement method. The result found： Anhui province＇s industry income gap presented a widening trend on the whole. Anhui province＇s industry income gap is in well moderate development track from the view of static evaluation index. However,there are some slight fluctuations in some years from the view of dynamic evaluation index. On this foundation, the paper proposed the relevant policy recommendations and conducted the future research prospects.
