摘要
文章介绍了开放获取(Open Access,OA)图书的发展历程,基于大量网站及文献调研,阐述OA图书的出版特点为以下五个方面:创建者类型多样、出版平台分散,数量逐年增加、学科分布广泛,质量控制体系逐步完善,使用权益多为CC协议,以及用户许可与服务多样化。同时从获取、整合揭示、维护三个方面浅析OA图书在图书馆中的利用。
Based on a large number of website investigations and literature supports,this paper introduced the development progress of OA（Open Access） books and expounded the publishing characteristics as the following five aspects：various types of creators and institutions,the growing amount of books year by year and a wide range of discipline,the gradually improving quality control system,most use rights adopted Creative Commons,the diversification of user license and service.Meanwhile,this paper analyzed the use of OA books in library from three aspects：acquisition,integration and reveal,fixation.
