摘要
为消除部门间的非绩效差异,在Excel中设计了一个考评数据调平计算表,可以自动调平各部门间的考评分差异,使部门间的最高分、最低分和平均分均相同,而且保持了被考核人员的原始顺序不变,人员之间分差大小同比例缩放,消除了非绩效差异。
To eliminate the non-performance differences between departments,an appraisal leveling spreadsheet was designed in Excel.It automatically leveled the different appraisal scores between departments and made the highest scores,the lowest scores and the average scores from different appraisal systems to the same.Moreover,the spreadsheet also maintained the original name list of the employees.The scoring differences were scaled in the same proportion and then the non-performance differences were eliminated.
