钛合金A-TIG焊接工艺的应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 在只改变一个焊接工艺参数的情况下,对82的TC4钛板采用TIG焊和A-TIG焊,对86的TC4钛板采用A-TIG焊;并研究其焊接质量,接头力学性能及显微组织的变化。采用拉伸试验机、扫描电子显微镜、金相显微镜等方法对焊缝接头组织性能、显微组织的变化进行表征。结果表明,62厚的TC4钛板使用TIG焊时电流为60~75A,而使用A-TIG焊时电流仅为45-55A,66厚的TC4钛板使用A-TIG焊时电流为200~220A,焊接质量最好,接头力学性能也较好。 Under the condition of only one of welding process parameters having been changed, the 82 TC4 titanium plate is welded using TIG welding and A - TIG welding, the 86 TC4 titanium plate is welded using A - TIG welding. The welding quality, the joint me- chanical properties and microstructure changes were studied. The organization performance and the change of microstructure of weld joint were characterized by tensile testing machine operation, scanning electron microscope, metallographic microscope and other methods. The results show that for the 82 thick TC4 titanium plate TIG welding current size is 60 -75A, while the A-TIG welding is used and the size is 45 - 55A, and for 86 thick TC4 titanium the A-TIG welding is used and current size is 200-220A, the welding quality is the best, and the mechanical properties of joints are also very good ,respectively.
