摘要
目的:从中药提取物中筛选α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制活性因子。方法:采用α-葡萄糖苷酶活性测定方法 PNPG法,以阿卡波糖为阳性对照,对采取不同提取方法制备得到的多糖,生物碱,黄酮和皂苷类化合物进行α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制活性筛选。结果:党参多糖和桑白皮黄酮对α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制效果较好,接近阿卡波糖,党参皂苷次之,其余组分活性微弱或无活性。结论:本实验为今后进一步从党参和桑白皮中分离纯化出高活性的α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制活性因子提供了科学依据。
Objective: To screen α-glucosidase inhibitors from natural products. Methods: In this experiment,PNPG was used to examine the activity of α-glucosidase,compared with the positive drug( Acarbose) reaction rate,screening α-glucosidase inhibitors from polysaccharides,alkaloids,flavonoids and saponins. Results: The result indicated codonopsis pilosula polysaccharide and Cortex Mori flavonoid had a better inhibitory effect on α-glucosidase,close to the acarbose,and the second was codonopsis pilosula saponin,and other components were weak activity or inactive. Conclusion: The paper provides a scientific basis for the further separation and purification of α-glucosidase inhibitors from codonopsis pilosula and Cortex Mori.
