The Persistence,Development and Innovation of the Economic Theory of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics

本文围绕重新认识社会主义,总结了党在改革开放中提出的两个创新性理论,阐释了社会主义初级阶段理论与中国特色社会主义理论两个理论规定之间的相互关系。通过对我国经济理论发展与创新中出现的有关概念与思想的辨析,澄清中国特色社会主义认知上的诸多理论是非,探讨了不同理论范畴的含义,分析了中国特色社会主义经济理论发展中的历史继承性和创新性,对生产力标准论和唯生产力论进行了辨析和区分。针对完善社会主义生产关系、发展公有制经济、促进分配公平和转变经济发展方式等重大现实问题,阐述了社会主义经济改革中需要坚持的基本立场和理论创新方向。

Centering on the re-understanding of socialism,this paper summarizes CCP's two innovative theories in the reform and opening up and elaborates on the relationship between the theory of primary stage of socialism and the theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Through differentiating and analyzing relevant concepts and ideas which have emerged during the development and innovation of Chinese economic theories,this paper clarifies many theoretical disputes concerning the understanding of socialism with Chinese characteristics,discusses the meaning of different theoretical categories,analyzes the historical inheritance and innovation in the economic theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and distinguishes the productivity as a standard and productivity as an end.This paper also explicates the basic standpoint and the direction of theoretical innovation in the socialist economy reform with regards to the important practical issues of improving socialist relations of production,developing economy of public ownership,promoting distributive justice,and transforming the mode of economic development,etc.
