BRICs Cooperation Mechanism under the Perspective of Global Governance

金砖国家的合作基础是在经济条件基本特点上的高度相似。为应对现有国际经济与金融体系中存在的诸多不合理之处,有效解决包括货币错配、金融不稳定、缺乏大宗商品定价权等方面的问题,金砖国家应通力合作,采用渐进式的改革方式改造现有的全球治理结构,打造金砖银行、亚投行、丝路基金等良好运行机制,发展金砖国家开发银行,落实应急储备安排,把金砖国家的经济合作提高到一个新的水平,加强金砖国家间的智力合作。

The cooperative mechanism of BRICS countries is the significant similarity in economic fundamentals. To deal with existing problems like currency mismatch, financial instability, and lack of pricing powers in commodities,BRICS countries should work collaboratively together and use gradual reform measures to change existing global governance structure, establish the operating mechanism of the BRIC bank, ADB and the silk road fund, develop BRICS Development Bank, implement emergency reserve arrangements, take the economic cooperation of the BRICS countries to the next level and promote intelligence cooperation.
