摘要
主运动由两台输出特性不同的主轴电动机驱动,通过两台主电动机的切换实现数控机床的高转速及大扭矩的加工特点。在机械结构上,MAIN主轴电动机与主轴通过齿轮降速连接,实现主轴大扭矩的重切削加工;SUB主电动机与主轴1:1连接,实现主轴高速高精加工。在电气控制中,利用主轴切换控制使用一个主轴放大器模块控制两台主电动机驱动主运动;同时利用速度切换控制功能对具有低速输出特性和高速输出特性两种绕组的SUB主轴电动机进行控制,使电动机在较宽的速度范围具有良好的输出特性,实现高速高精加工。
The main motion of the spindle is driven by two different output character motors, switch the two motors can obtain both the cutting advantages of high speed and high torque. The mechanical structure is the main motor drives the spindle through reduction gears, to carry out heavy duty cutting, and the SUB motor connect to the spindle directly, which used to get high speed and high accuracy machining. In terms of electric control, uses one amplifier module to control the two motors separately through the spindle switching control. Meanwhile, the SUB motor, which contains both low and high speed output character windings, can be controlled by the speed switching control to obtain good output character in a big range and get high speed and high accuracy machining.
