摘要
研究和探讨数控电化学沉积的沉积厚度分布。根据法拉第定律和实验研究获得了移动电极在平板上沉积的厚度分布模型,研究结果说明移动电极的电化学沉积厚度分布是不均匀的,呈现凸峰分布,同时沉积厚度除了与沉积系统的特性有关,还受到沉积初始间隙、沉积头移动速度的影响,这种影响关系是一种非线性关系。
The deposit thickness distribution is researched and discussed in this article. Based on Faraday Law and experimental results, the deposit thickness model is derived. The result points out that electronic chemi- cal deposit thickness is not even for moving electrode. The performance of thickness is a camel- back. Conclusion is that deposit thickness is related to initial deposition gap and moving rate of deposit rode, besides performance of deposit system. Those relations are non - linear.
