摘要
对磨床3Mk205工件轴结构及主轴功能参数做了简要介绍,通过对液体动静压轴承结构的研究分析,在以往磨床工件轴的结构基础上,设计了一种新型的磨床动静压工件轴,采用液体动静压轴承取代普通滚动轴承,提高了工件轴的承载力和刚性,保证长时间工作状况下,主轴回转精度基本不变,延长工件轴的使用寿命,提高主轴的可靠性。结合磨床工件轴的参数确定,并利用Solidworks Simulation软件通过计算机对磨床工件主轴在静态受力下进行了建模及模态分析,通过数据分析及初步试验,验证磨床工件轴结构创新设计的合理性。
Introduce artifacts axis structure and the spindle function parameter of grinder 3Mk205 briefly, through research analysis on liquid hybrid bearing structure, based on the structure of past grinder artifacts axis, design a new of grinder hybrid artifacts axis, use liquid hybrid bearing to replace general bearing, im- prove hosted force and rigid of artifacts axis, guarantee long time work status, spindle rotary precision is not variable basically, extend using life of artifacts axis, improve spindle reliability. Combine grinding workpiece axis parameter and use solidworks simulation software to make modeling and modal analysis on grinding workpiece spindle by computer in a static force, through data analysis and a preliminary test to verify structural innovation design rationality of grinding workpiece axis.
