摘要
针对一种叶片泵泵体内孔加工及其定位装卡进行了分析,并根据该工件的特点,设计了液压夹紧车用夹具,最后通过对夹紧力的计算及切削力分析,验证了该夹具夹紧的可靠性。
On the basis of inside - hole turning process analysis, the locating mode of a typical vane pump body is analyzed. According to the feature of the part, the hydraulic fixture is done. Finally, the cutting and clamping force analysis of the oil pump body is calculated and the correctness of the fixture is verified.
