摘要 针对目前带钢横断面形状特征参数识别方法的缺点,分析普通多项式识别精度差的主要原因,基于弹性半空间理论,推导了多项式分布力作用下轧辊弹性压扁的解析表达式,将其与普通四次多项式联合作为带钢横断面形状的基本特征模式,通过最小二乘原理得到特征参数。方法的主要特色是特征参数物理意义明确,有利于参数识别后相应控制手段的调节,同时在整个带钢宽度方向上只采用一个函数进行描述,无需分段处理,简化了计算过程。最终通过实测数据对比了各种方法的精度与稳定性,结果表明,基于弹性压扁机理的识别方法在带钢边部与中部均与实测断面吻合很好,其识别精度与稳定性是各种方法中最令人满意的。 In view of the shortcoming of existing methods to identify the characteristic parameters of strip cross-sectional shape,the reason of low general polynomial's identification accuracy is analyzed. Based on the theory of elastic halfspace,the analytical expression of roll's elastic- flattening under polynomial distribution force is derived,which is combined with the general polynomial and regarded as the basic characteristic patterns of strip shape. The characteristic parameters are obtained by the least squares principle. The main feature of this method is,the physical meaning of characteristic parameter is clear,so it's favorable to the adjustment of corresponding control measures after identifying. At the same time,only one function is used to describe the entire cross-sectional and no segmentation process is needed,so the calculation process is simplified. Finally,the accuracy and stability of various methods are compared through experimental data,and the results show that the method based on elastic flattening mechanism is in well agreement with experimental data no matter for the edge of strip or middle zone,so it is the most satisfying model.
