摘要
为了更好地适应转化医学形势下对现代医学教育的发展,学科间的交叉融合已成为大势所趋。相对建立在"结构-功能-应用"的顺序性认知规律基础上的线性学习模式,非线性学习理论则更着重挖掘知识之间的关联性,通过"知识节点"构建开放的、可拓展的、自主的非线性知识网络体系。非线性学习相较于线性学习具有高效、深入和交叉融合的特点,更加符合转化医学对现代医学的要求,如何在这一理论指导下对生理学、病理生理学和药理学这三门有着密切联系的机能学课程进行整合值得探索和实践。
To adapt to the transitional medical education,integration across the disciplines has become the general trend. Compared with the linear learning model based on the " structure- function- application" cognitive rules,nonlinear learning theory focuses on mining the inner association of knowledge to build open,extensible and independent knowledge network system by " the knowledge node" and is considered as an efficient,thorough and cross merging way to meet the requirements of transitional medicine. It is important to find ways to explore and practise the curriculum integration of physiology,pathophysiology and pharmacology under the guidance of the nonlinear learning theory.
