基于集团化办学的湖北高职护理专业教材建设的创新与实践

Innovation and Practice on Textbook Compilation for Nursing Speciality Based on Vocational Education Collectivization in Hubei

教材是高校教学基础建设的重要组成部分,关系到高校的教学质量和管理水平,同时也是深化高等教育教学改革、培育创新型人才的关键。文章分析了目前湖北省高职护理专业教材中存在的主要问题及其原因,提出了未来一定时期内教材建设的目标与总体要求,依托湖北护理职业教育集团,形成了"政府、学校、行业、企业"联合建设教材的机制,并对教材建设工作创新进行了探索与实践。

The teaching material, as an important part of infrastructure for teaching in higher education institu-tes, relates to the teaching quality and management level, meanwhile, it plays a role as the key which deepens the reform of teaching and cultivates innovative talents. Based on the analysis of main problems and reasons in current status of teaching materials for nursing majors in higher vocational colleges in Hubei, the author puts forward the objective and general requirement in textbook compilation for a certain period in the future. Moreover, relied on Hubei Vocational Education Group of Nursing, the mechanism of textbook compilation should be formed, which combined with government, colleges and universities, industries, and enterprises. Finally, the innovation of teach-ing materials compilation should be explored and put into practice.
